Invisalign orthodontics is a series of retainers that are termed aligners.  The aligners are clear… plastic… and nearly invisible. A computer programs the movement of the teeth and a series of aligners are made for small movements of the teeth (0.25mm or less).  Simple cases may be 10 aligners and complex cases may be 30 or more.  Very complex orthodontic movements may be best accomplished by traditional orthodontics.
